Based out of Rocket Lab's site in Littleton, CO, the Senior Software Engineer – Customer Solutions is a key interface between Rocket Lab’s space software customers, and the engineering and management teams.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline
• 8+ years of professional experience in an engineering role within the aerospace industry
• US citizenship is required, due to program requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the engineering team to provide technical support to customers
• Develop interactive product demonstrations of Rocket Lab’s space software products
• Generate proposals for new business opportunities in collaboration with the business development and engineering teams
• Lead efforts to attract new business to the company’s established products
• Work with the business development team to monitor business performance, forecast demand, and present to the Finance and Executive teams
• Collaborate with the Communications and Business Development teams in generating marketing materials
• Lead efforts to improve and standardize customer-facing product technical documentation
• Remain current on the latest satellite competitive landscape, customer demand trends, and market to support forecasting of component sales
