Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, standardize, and maintain operational and quality data across business systems.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to deliver data for leadership reviews.
- Develop automated dashboards and KPI reports for leadership and business reviews.
- Drive reporting and process automation using Microsoft Tools.
- Analyze trends across quality, manufacturing, supplier, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Aerospace, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline).
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization concepts.
- Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through academic projects, internships, certifications, or professional experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to engineering and business processes.
