Requirements & Eligibility
- Exceptional customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand a customer's business
- Comfort explaining technology products to both executives and day-to-day users
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship and ensure a successful deployment of Samsara's solution
- Build relationships with the customer and help them learn the system
- Work alongside and connect Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product
