Requirements & Eligibility

• 教育背景：本科
• 专业要求： 具有医学、药学或相关专业
• 每周实习至少3个工作日，可实习3个月以上，长期实习者优先
• 优秀的抗压能力、韧性
• 优秀的沟通表达能力
• 积极主动的工作态度和良好的团队合作精神
• 很强的学习意愿、学习能力和适应能力

Key Responsibilities

• 在公司政策和合规指引下，系统学习医学基础、产品知识及行业合规规范
• 通过学术沟通模拟演练及观摩学习，熟悉学术沟通与专业交流的技巧及日常业务流程，不承担业务指标
• 通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式，收集市场信息，撰写市场调研相关报告
• 学术会前安排及材料等准备工作
• 参与团队的周会和月会，协助团队进行日常数据汇总、工作进展跟踪及其他内部运营支持
• 掌握公司合规政策，操作标准以及推广活动的相关行为规范
• 积极投入团队的阶段性培训，并完成阶段性专业知识考核与实习成果的评估
