Role Overview

Seceon Inc. is hiring 25 Software Engineers for full-time remote positions to contribute to the development and enhancement of its AI-driven cybersecurity platform.

Seceon Inc. provides a next-generation, AI-powered cybersecurity platform designed to help enterprises, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) detect, respond to, and remediate cyber threats in real time.

Key Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and maintaining reliable, scalable back-end services and APIs that support high-volume security event processing.
Developing new product features, optimizing existing systems, and writing clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code.
Collaborating closely with product managers, software architects, and QA engineers to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, and deliver secure and robust solutions.
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, improving development automation and engineering tools, optimizing system performance, and contributing to continuous product improvements.
Participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure features are delivered efficiently and meet quality and security standards.

Requirements & Eligibility

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems concepts.
Experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++).
Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, building RESTful or event-driven services and working with databases.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
