Key Responsibilities
- Review conversations with Ash and tell us what's working and what isn't
- Join a small group of reviewers, compare notes, and help shape what great looks like in an Ash conversation
Requirements & Eligibility
- You work (or have worked) with people, for example in teaching, coaching, counselling, mentoring, customer support or hospitality, or you've studied psychology or education
- Friends and colleagues come to you when they need to talk something through
- You come across as flexible, warm, honest, confident and attuned to others, and you can spot these qualities in someone else
- You write clearly in English and enjoy thinking about why something landed or didn't
- Must be 18 or over to apply
Interview Process
Apply with CV/LinkedIn and answer questions. Shortlisted applicants complete a 1-hour take-home task.
