As Senior Manager, Workplace, reporting to the Director of People Ops and Workplace, you'll lead a team of workplace professionals across the US, own our global workplace employee experience budget and real estate contracts, and build a standardized Workplace playbook.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or real estate operations, with progressive responsibility
• Proven experience managing people, ideally leading distributed or remote teams
• Experience owning workplace or facilities operations across multiple sites or offices
• Experience managing a budget of meaningful scale ($10M+), including vendor and contract negotiation

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Strava's global Workplace playbook, standardizing processes, procedures, and security/visitor protocols across all 9+ office locations
• Manage and grow a team of workplace professionals across multiple US offices, providing clear delegation, coaching, and support
• Own the annual global employee experience workplace budget, including landlord relationships and vendor negotiations
• Partner with People leadership, IT/Security, and Legal to ensure consistent security and compliance practices across all offices
• Lead day-to-day workplace operations for Strava's San Francisco office, including onsite events, space planning, and workplace systems
• Collaborate with workplace coordinators in each office location to implement best practices and maintain consistency globally
• Build scalable systems and processes that support Strava's continued global office expansion
