Requirements & Eligibility
- University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a multinational environment, ideally in business controlling, commercial finance, financial planning & analysis within FMCG, luxury, retail, or consulting
- Strong business partnering capabilities with a proactive, performance-driven, and consulting-oriented mindset
- Solid experience in financial planning, performance analysis, cost management, and translating data into actionable recommendations
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the headquarters team in Switzerland to support strategic decisionmaking through financial planning, performance analysis, and constructive challenge of cost structures
- Set business priorities in close collaboration with functional leaders and proactively support them in delivering agreed cost targets
- Review and challenge financial reporting with a focus on business performance, cost management, and compliance with accounting standards
- Perform ad hoc analyses for senior management by extracting data from financial systems and delivering clear, well-structured reports with actionable insights
- Oversee the central controlling view of the P&L across geographical markets in partnership with the Commercial Division
- Support supply chain controlling activities by monitoring logistics costs and operational KPIs
