Overview
We are looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our Hyderabad team to build and maintain full-stack applications across our programmes, contribute to our Rural EMR platform built on OpenEMR, and implement AI-powered features.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 0–2 years of coding experience
- Strong practical projects (no specific degree required)
- Proficiency in MERN / Python / PHP — at least one stack strongly
- MySQL and MongoDB working knowledge
- Familiarity with AI tools and responsible application
- Independent learner — able to investigate, evaluate and implement
- Honest, disciplined, accountable — with a spirit of service
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications
- Design, query and optimise MySQL and MongoDB databases
- Implement APIs, authentication, validation and integrations
- Support the Rural EMR platform (OpenEMR) and AI feature development
- Write secure, modular and well-documented code
- Test, debug and support deployments
- Maintain task tracker and provide clear progress updates to IT Head
