Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 8+ years of total relevant work experience
- Financial Services background
- Sales, Sales Training, and/or Enablement/Technology Experience
- Change management mindset and skillset
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee development and execution of our Client Education and AI Education strategy within our B2B distribution units
- Partner closely with the TRP Lab, the GD AI team, and the Investments AI team to develop and deliver AI-focused Client Education and Internal programming
- Work cross-functionally across many areas of T. Rowe Price, including Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Technology, Investments and the Investment Institute
- Design, deliver, and scale education programs for top B2B clients and client-facing associates
