We are looking for a B2B Digital Content Manager to own telia.lt content for business customers, working within a customer-focused, data-driven team to create seamless and engaging digital journeys.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Proven experience in B2B digital content, website content management, e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar digital business role
• Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, UX best practices and web content optimization
• Ability to analyze data, use web analytics tools such as GA4, and make decisions based on insights
• Experience in project management and driving digital initiatives from idea to implementation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with commercial, marketing, product and digital teams
• Understanding of how corporate environments work and the ability to balance different priorities in a complex organization
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, align, and execute B2B content strategy across telia.lt, including campaign pages, service pages and the customer support portal
• Create B2B landing pages, improve existing website content and ensure a clear connection between digital advertising, SEO traffic and the web experience
• Support and guide B2B e-shop content improvements, working closely with the person responsible for product uploads and focusing on quality, structure and performance
• Analyze web and campaign performance, set measurable goals, prepare reports and use insights to recommend improvements
• Consult business, commerce, marketing, SEO, CX and CRO stakeholders on our CMS possibilities, what brings customer value and how to prioritize requests
• Drive improvements in CMS, content optimization processes and the B2B support portal, bringing ideas from concept to implementation
