We are seeking a Senior Studio Partnership Manager to oversee business growth, AI capability building, strategic planning, and studio operation management for our international game business brand, Level Infinite.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 5年及以上游戏/互联网行业管理经验，含3年以上工作室运营管理或战略管理经验
- 英语可作为工作语言，具备跨文化沟通与谈判能力
- 具备业务增长管理、AI 技术视野与项目落地、战略规划与执行追踪、组织管理、流程治理、预算管理能力
- 具备海外工作室合作经验、腾讯内部资源体系了解
Key Responsibilities
- 监控和管理业务增长情况（收入、市场份额、管线进度等），协同Studio制定并追踪年度/季度增长目标
- 识别新增长机会并主动协同推进落地，完成增长目标
- 协同制定工作室 AI 能力建设路线图，推动腾讯内部 AI 技术经验向工作室的导入、适配与定制化开发
- 建立 AI 赋能效果评估框架，量化实际业务贡献并持续迭代
- 协同工作室管理层制定 3-5 年中长期发展目标，确保与 IEG Global 战略对齐
- 优化组织架构设计与效能，建设跨团队协作机制
- 核心运营流程搭建与标准化，建立风险预警与应急响应机制
- 年度预算编制与执行监控，人力资源动态调配，集团共享资源协调
