Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of relevant supply chain business experience
- Prior people management experience
- Data analytics experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, influence and drive consensus
- Data Visualization Tool Experience
- Effective communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for Supply Chain Cost to Serve and Penalty Fee Reporting.
- Manage customer inventory to meet days-of-supply and in-stock goals by analyzing demand, aligning with Sales, IBP, and Distribution, and improving fill rates and product flow.
- Monitor and communicate key supply chain metrics and compliance programs.
- Lead strategic and continuous improvement supply chain projects.
- Understand upstream and downstream supply chain impacts across demand planning, forecasting, inventory, and execution.
- Lead cross-functional supply chain projects by aligning priorities, timelines, participants, and quarterly progress reviews.
- Centralize penalty fee program documentation, evaluate new customer programs and financial liability, and support customer P&L reviews.
