Role Overview
As the Compliance Officer & MLRO (COMLRO), you will play a critical role in ensuring Thndr adheres to all regulatory and financial crime compliance requirements. You will be the primary point of contact with regulators and will work closely with the Board and SEO to manage regulatory risk.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Implement a risk-based compliance program
- Conduct trade surveillance and transaction monitoring
- Provide regulatory guidance to staff, the SEO, and the Board
- Prepare and present compliance reports for the Board
- Maintain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- Established rapport with FSRA or DFSA (experience is a must)
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks
- 4-6 years of experience in compliance within a regulated industry
- FSRA or DFSA-approved person (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
