Senior Software Engineer

This role is a critical leadership position within the Developer Experience organization, responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of core developer platforms.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead globally distributed teams
- 7+ years of experience working in an Agile, product-centric delivery model
- 7+ years of hands-on technical experience building and supporting enterprise-scale applications and platforms
- Deep expertise in agentic coding capabilities and AI-assisted development concepts, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude (Code), OpenAI Codex/GPT, Cognition, Factory, MCP, or similar platforms
- Strong experience with observability and production support tools, with particular depth in Datadog
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day platform support, production readiness, and continuous improvement for AI-powered coding and developer productivity platforms
- Manage incidents, availability, reliability, and adoption for developer tooling platforms
- Partner closely with product managers, platform teams, and engineering stakeholders
