Requirements & Eligibility
- Previous experience in housekeeping, workplace services, hospitality, office support, facilities, or a similar role in a professional office environment
- Experience providing high-level customer service
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain a high level of performance
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- English fluency is required
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift or move items up to 25 pounds
Key Responsibilities
- Support office meetings and events through conference room setup and breakdown, catering coordination, hospitality services, and ensuring meeting spaces remain organized
- Monitor meeting schedules and conference room activity using workplace technology
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of conference rooms, kitchens, pantries, common areas, restrooms, and mother's rooms
- Respond promptly to spills, workplace requests, and facility-related issues
- Perform weekly deep cleaning
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish food, beverage, toiletry, and workplace supplies
- Partner closely with the Workplace Services team to deliver a high-quality employee and guest experience
- Support special projects and occasional after-hours events as needed
