Key Responsibilities
- Profile Market, Application Segments, Customer database and competitive environment, providing insights that support strategic decision-making and for use in internal presentations by management
- Creates and updates comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, but not limited to, sales volumes, market share (Icema), growth projections, price positioning and trends
- Performs thorough, systematic analysis of the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; Industry trends, customers; current and potential competitors
- Provides periodic market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the management to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-making and implementation
- Supplies the market and competitive intelligence component of strategic planning, and proactively makes recommendations to management concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration
- Develops & manages Self-service automated reporting portal on market and business intelligence by consistently managing the dataflow
- Support Product managers for short term and long terms product plans and identify product gaps & growth opportunities in line with strategic objectives
