Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum of 3 years experience of working across music marketing campaigns with a proven track record of success
• True digital native with an understanding of marketing principles, best practice and growth tactics
• Avid social media consumer with your finger on the pulse of internet culture
• Organised with an ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Clear communicator and a collaborative team player
• Data minded, and can use data to inform marketing decisions / report on campaign progress

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a roster of artist campaigns; delivering digital marketing strategies covering the full spectrum of social, community, direct-to-fan and influencer marketing
• Work closely with artists and managers to architect end-to-end content strategies for their campaigns across all major social platforms
• Drive the strategic direction and daily management of artist social media accounts
• Construct powerful content ecosystems around an artist beyond their owned social channels
• Collaborate with the Direct-to-Fan and Community team to develop strategies and initiatives to grow and utilise our artist’s 1st party data
• Work closely with the Creator marketing team on influencer strategies
• Source and collaborate with the best content creators and independently manage social-first content shoots
• Own campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting on assigned projects
