Requirements & Eligibility

• 3+ years in RevOps, MarOps, consulting or similar
• AI-native builder with strong business acumen
• Fluency in Python (or Node) and SQL
• Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot and its developer suite
• Comfort with automation platforms like Zapier, Pipedream, n8n or UiPath

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve the systems, internal automations and integrations that make our sales and CS teams faster and more effective
• Build, deploy and continuously sharpen AI-native workflows and agents that augment how Sales, CS and the wider Revenue org work
• Use self-sourced data to diagnose what's actually broken, run root cause analysis, and build the fix yourself
• Work directly with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to turn half-formed requirements into systems that actually solve the problem
• Own regular audits, deduplication, enrichment and the process fixes that keep our data usable across every system
• Spot inefficiencies before anyone asks you to, prioritise ruthlessly, and build automated solutions
