Associate Fiduciary Specialist– International
Overview
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Fiduciary Specialist– International to support the administration and servicing of managed Individual Retirement Accounts, responsible for processing IRA transactions and account-maintenance requests accurately and timely while managing fiduciary, operational, regulatory, and client-service risks.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 6+ months of Fiduciary Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience and education
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee low to moderate non-discretionary administrative tasks for Trust accounts
- Execute on basic client requests, including money movement, gifting, pledging, repapering, statements, tax documentation, distribution and name and address changes
- Build a strong understanding of fiduciary concepts and principles
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures including, but not limited to, distributions, account maintenance, Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, annual account reviews, and management of overdrafts
- Develop an ability to identify fiduciary risk and escalate appropriately
- Develop knowledge of investment strategies, objectives, and asset allocations
- Set up, administer, terminate, and distribute moderately complex accounts of all types
