Requirements & Eligibility

• 6+ years of financial services experience in an international law firm or corporate legal department of a multi-national corporation
• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited school of law, admitted to at least one state bar in Australia, Singapore or equivalent for any key country in the APAC
• Good communication and rapport with team members and stakeholders
• Financial services experience is critical

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal management of business in certain countries or territories
• Act as legal lead on distinct projects and legal management of interactions with third parties
• Provide timely and commercial legal and regulatory support for BAU operations and new initiatives
• Review, draft, and negotiating agreements for Western Union Consumer Money Transfer, Payments and Digital
