WeTravel is hiring a Product Marketing Manager - LATAM to own the feature marketing plan and its execution end-to-end, ensuring every shipped feature is discovered, understood, and used by multi-day travel operators.

WeTravel is an end-to-end operating system for multi-day travel businesses, providing sales processes, payment collection, and back-office management. The company has 400+ team members representing 88 countries, with offices in Amsterdam, Chicago, Sydney, and Baku, and remote workers globally.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 7+ years of communication-heavy professional experience
• At least 3 years in B2B product marketing at a tech company
• Writes fluent business English that a busy tour operator would want to read and understand easily
• Excellent storyteller in writing and on camera
• Track record of successful B2B email and in-product campaigns
• Uses AI tools to work faster and more reliably while owning the quality of everything that ships
• Comfortable digging into data and surfacing your own insights

Key Responsibilities

• Own the launch plan for each feature and align with the commercial teams on comms and activities
• Drive the channel plan for each launch with the commercial marketing team
• Craft and set up comms including emails, in-product messages, and Loom-style demo videos
• Update onboarding materials to reflect new launches
• Run the monthly product newsletter
• Partner on product contents for major events such as the annual spring release, Travel Innovation Summit, and Operator Innovation Day
• Own adoption of launched features by reading numbers, spotting stalling features, and deciding fixes
• Host live product webinars and bring in other presenters
