Requirements & Eligibility

10+ years of software engineering experience
Proven track record in a Staff or Principal engineering role

Key Responsibilities

Shape the Software Factory by building agentic workflows and loops from idea to production
Build and scale shared infrastructure including AI gateway, shared memory, and context graphs
Make quality automatic by setting automated gates in CI/CD pipelines
Drive adoption and foster community by mentoring builders and championing internal tools
Cultivate engineering excellence by setting technical standards and architectural principles
