Quality Specialist
Overview
The Quality Specialist will support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams to achieve and exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of 5+ years in similar roles will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and statistical software (i.e. Minitab)
- Knowledge of lean six sigma methodology will be considered a plus
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
- Define quality requirements, quality gates and the process control plan for new launches
- Support product development in early stage to ensure products satisfy quality specifications after launch sales
- Define quality procedures and being responsible for quality trainings
- Support the definition and implementation of actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the value chain
- Lead quality operation on a specific product family
- Be a reference for suppliers/customers during the process audits
- Manage non-conformity issues and lead RCA according to DMAIC approach
- Manage quality data and metrics according ABB standards
