Overview
The Software Engineer II on the AI Transformation Engineering team will build and scale the 'Nora' internal AI platform, integrating AI into operational systems and developing infrastructure to support AI-driven workflows across the organization.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong backend experience with Python
- Fluency with the AI development stack (Claude, Codex, Gemini, Anthropic APIs, OpenAI APIs, and surrounding tooling)
- Track record of shipping platforms others build on (APIs, services, or SDKs)
- Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong fundamentals in computer science, distributed systems, and performance optimization
- Operator empathy and ability to design workflows for internal stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Build the Nora platform by shipping services, factories, and sandboxes for AI workflows
- Weave AI into internal systems by building connectors and integrations for tools like Salesforce and Jira
- Stand up net-new infrastructure to support transformation capabilities
- Design for handoff by defining SLOs, writing documentation, and transitioning ownership to permanent teams
- Own measurable business outcomes including revenue, cost savings, and operational efficiency
