The Analyst for IT Resource Management and Finance Management will provide essential analytical, operational, and reporting support to ensure accurate forecasting, effective resource allocation, and strong financial governance across IT workstreams.

Requirements & Eligibility
- US Citizen on US soil (required)
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations for improvement
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members
- Experience in Financial Management activities, ex: ability to build and update financial forecasts, manage Estimated‑at‑Completion (EAC) calculations, and reconcile actuals vs. plan
- Skilled in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential analytical, operational, and reporting support to ensure accurate forecasting, effective resource allocation, and strong financial governance across IT workstreams
- Partner closely with project managers, finance leads, and resource owners to maintain high-quality data, streamline processes, and enable informed decision-making
