Overview
This M365 Platform Senior Analyst will be engaged in administration and engineering activities focused on SaaS software, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and automation solutions for the GCC High environment.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and Teams
- Experience supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Purview, specifically Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels
- Experience supporting Entra, Active Directory
- Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Strong Office experience, particularly with Excel
- Good communication (oral and written) and customer skills
- Work independently and as part of a larger group to achieve team objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Support AFS’ Microsoft 365 platform including Office applications, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Purview (Data Loss Prevention – DLP), and Copilot capabilities
- Handle user tickets and incidents
- Design and develop solutions for Microsoft 365 applications as new use cases arise and new capabilities become available
- Perform task and schedule planning, requiring prioritization of deliverables and coordination with stakeholders
