Provide effective and efficient engineering and maintenance support for the DSM Flex manufacturing operation, handle complex technical tasks, troubleshoot equipment and machines, and drive improvements in equipment availability, product quality, productivity, and safety.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Diploma/ NITEC in Mechanical /Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry in a maintenance/ similar role troubleshooting equipment and machines
- Experience in cleanroom preferred
- Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift
Key Responsibilities
- Handle highly complex technical tasks to support production operations and enhance efficiency
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
- Manage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards
- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on LS1 modules
- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on LS1 Autoclaves and other supporting systems
- Assist the technical lead to drive improvements in equipment availability, product quality, productivity and safety
- Support non-conformance investigations, field action assessments and customer complaints investigations
- Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for business alignment
