Requirements & Eligibility

• Fluency in English (required), with proficiency in additional Asian languages being a strong plus
• A natural curiosity and passion for business and problem-solving
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive initiative and commitment to full participation across all three days
• First- and second-year full-time university students studying in Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

• Explore Global Business: Understand how companies operate, how value chains work, and the role of the knowledge-on-demand industry
• Develop Core Skills: Participate in hands-on skill workshops covering case study cracking, pitching, effective communication, and project management
• Learn & Network: Hear from AlphaSights leaders and receive personalised guidance from an assigned mentor during exclusive mentor lunches
