The Head of IT & Systems will define and deliver the technology roadmap, managing the global technology ecosystem including ERP, PLM, data, BI, and infrastructure to enable business scalability and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 8+ years of progressive experience across information systems, enterprise technology, business systems or technology transformation
- Experience within fashion, retail, consumer goods or another operationally complex environment
- Strong track record leading ERP and enterprise systems transformation projects
- Strong understanding of business processes and data flows
- Strong understanding of integrations, data architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure and enterprise technology fundamentals
- Proven experience managing technology vendors, implementation partners, budgets and cross-functional programs
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own ANINE BING’s global technology strategy and roadmap
- Lead the evolution of core business systems including NetSuite (ERP), WFX (PLM), Shopify, and retail POS
- Lead major technology transformation projects end to end
- Act as a strategic technology partner to the business across Finance, Product, Production, Planning, Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, People and Operations
- Build stronger data and integration foundations
- Own the broader technology operating environment including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT support
- Manage technology investments and external partners
- Shape the future of the technology function, including approach to AI and automation
