Process Engineer
Overview
The Process Engineer (Processingenjör) will work at the Sweden Biomanufacturing Center (SBC) in Gärtuna, focusing on stabilizing and improving existing processes, establishing new products on existing lines, and supporting fill-finish operations.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Technical or scientific university degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, process or mechanical engineering)
- Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Good understanding of cGMP and quality requirements in production
- Experience in driving or leading qualification/validation activities and structured documentation
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on process performance (yield, quality, disturbances) and drive measures to strengthen robust operations
- Lead or contribute to root cause analysis, risk assessments, CAPA, and implementation of improvements related to process and equipment
- Plan, coordinate, and execute activities for product establishment and validation/qualification
- Review and approve protocols and reports (e.g., IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Act as a process technical expert during regulatory inspections/audits
- Contribute to the development of work methods, standards, and digital tools
