Requirements & Eligibility
- 大学・大学院・高等専門学校を2026年10月～2027年9月までの間にご卒業予定で27年4月にご入社可能な方（学部問わず）
- ITによる企業改革に対する興味関心が高い方
- 日本語による流暢なコミュニケーションが可能な方（N1同等以上レベル）

- 経営戦略(DX、中期経営計画、組織変革等)の策定と実行支援
- 新規事業開発支援
- 業務プロセスの最適化(業務改善)
- 業務改革の推進
- IT戦略の策定と実行支援
- システム導入支援
- ITツールの利活用支援(M365、AI、copilot等)
- システム構築のプロジェクトマネジメント
