The Field Operator - TCP/Wireline is responsible for performing basic duties at the wellsite and shop, including maintenance, job preparation, tool checkouts, and rigging up/down equipment according to HSE requirements.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Technical diploma in a relevant field
- Proven track record for wireline TCP service delivery and safety focus
- Sound mechanical aptitude
- Experience working with explosives
- At least 2 years of experience
- Good communication skills and team player
- Competent in MS Office applications
- Necessary local certifications and medical as required
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance and operation of wireline winches and surface equipment
- Conduct activities in line with non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars
- Prepare equipment and follow the Permit to Work system prior to operations
- Assist in the preparation of risk assessments
- Assist in the delivery of TCP operations and rig up of equipment
- Repair and maintain pressure control equipment under supervision
- Assist in pre-operational checks of wireline unit and associated equipment
- Assist in the maintenance of down hole tools and basic well head maintenance
