Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required.
- A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
- A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care services following a written plan of care.
- Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
- Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
- Handle meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform range of motion/exercises.
- Assist with ambulation including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
