Role Overview
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space as a Creative Operations Intern focused on resource and project management.

Key Responsibilities
- Support capacity planning processes by tracking planned vs actual resourcing needs
- Partner with Creatives and Creative Operations Lead to identify resourcing challenges and workload bottlenecks
- Master dashboards and Asana reporting views to identify automation opportunities
- Monitor the creative pipeline proactively to ensure on-time resourcing for BAU creative requests
- Identify repetitive resourcing tasks that can be reduced or automated using AI or Asana automations
- Implement AI-enabled or automation-based workflow improvements
- Complete an audit of current agency partners including scope, performance, cost-effectiveness, and turnaround times
- Support onboarding, setup, or scope expansion/reduction for agency partners
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data, reporting, and dashboards
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Interest in AI and automation
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter mentality
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program
