Overview
The Associate in Private Markets and Alternative Operations will apply expertise in loan and private markets to engage with stakeholders, analyze complex legal documentation, facilitate settlement processes, and maintain the integrity of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR). The role focuses on operational excellence, process automation, and risk mitigation within the Global Client Alternative Services team.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 3–6 years in loan operations or similar expertise in settlements, reconciliations, and documentation-driven transactions
- Strong understanding of private credit, real assets, and project finance
- Exceptional communication and client service skills
- Comprehensive understanding of banking and investment management
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure in high-volume, high-risk environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid knowledge of trading instruments and settlement processes
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Apply deep expertise in loan and private markets to engage effectively with stakeholders, agents, borrowers, and clients
- Interpret and analyze complex legal documentation to ensure operational clarity
- Facilitate settlement processes across a broad spectrum of instruments
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR)
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of portfolios and deal documentation to uphold control standards
- Lead initiatives focused on process automation and control enhancements
- Investigate and resolve cash, position, and transaction discrepancies
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
