The Customer Support Specialist (Supply Chain Project Manager) will align supply chain strategy, customer relationships, and performance for the Fixed Wing Programme, acting as a consolidated integration point between programme leadership and the SCM function.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum of 5+ years Supply Chain experience
• Demonstrated experience working within dynamic global supply chains
• SQEP across multiple Supply Chain domains (Asset Management, Warehouse & Distribution, Supplier Management, Demand Forecasting)
• Experience in executing acquisition or sustainment projects within MRO industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active or ability to obtain UK security clearance for which the UK Government requires UK residency
• Current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Fixed Wing Supply Chain Management as the key interface between the Fixed Wing Programme and Supply Chain
• Communicate and coordinate tasks and activities across the Supply Chain function
• Oversee the TAF (Tasking Authorization Form, O&A) process for Supply Chain across P8 and E7 programs
• Provide support to Supply Chain Project Managers across Fixed Wing programs
• Manage change to programme and contractual baselines as they relate to Supply Chain scope and requirements
• Manage overall SCM status, performance and critical issues within a project and functional management structure
• Oversee the generation of artefacts for the ESGP process on behalf of supply chain
• Coordinate the development and approval of SCM-related artefacts including Supply Chain Architectures, Bills of Materials, and Supply Chain Management Plans
