• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply analytical techniques
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis methods and data science techniques
• Ability to manage assigned tasks effectively and collaborate within cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms, data visualisation tools, and version control practices
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of structured and unstructured data to generate insights and recommendations
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems and define requirements
• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics solutions using statistical and analytical techniques
• Support the automation and improvement of existing analytics products and processes
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to support data infrastructure and pipelines
• Prepare reports, dashboards, visualisations, and presentations
• Follow established technical best practices including code version control, documentation, and testing
• Work hours that provide sufficient overlap with standard East Coast US working hours
