Requirements & Eligibility
- B.S. or BA in supply chain, management, technical field or data science; a Masters or MBA preferred
- Advanced certification in Supply Chain Management strongly preferred (e.g. APICS CSCP/ CPIM)
- 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management specifically in S&OP and E2E planning
- Proven success in implementing and optimizing S&OP frameworks
- Proven track record of leading transformational projects with high performing teams
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to deliver an integrated, unified S&OP plan
- Leads cross-pillar end-to-end process standardization and transformation, enabling pillar specific customization where required
- Defines process improvement and capability evolution roadmap across people, process, technology and data
- Use benchmarking and process KPI’s to define opportunities for capability improvement
- Provides leadership for large and complex capability programs, including matrix leadership of sub-programs
