Database & Etl Developer
Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Database & ETL Developer with strong SQL, Informatica, and MPP database experience, along with exposure to cloud-based data platforms to design scalable data pipelines and support production systems in a financial services environment.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 8–10+ years of experience in Informatica ETL development, database engineering, or data integration roles
- Strong experience with Greenplum or other MPP systems
- Exposure to cloud data warehousing platforms
- Experience in financial services or large-scale, data-intensive environments
- Linux shell scripting and familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows using Informatica
- Build, optimize, and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models in Greenplum/PostgreSQL
- Work with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift and Snowflake
- Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and compliance with data governance standards
- Troubleshoot ETL failures, analyze root causes, and provide timely fixes
- Perform application support activities including batch/job monitoring, incident triage, and resolution of job failures
