As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own the end-to-end development of products for small businesses, working in cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to architectural decisions.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .Net and SQL Server
- Strong testing practices across unit and integration testing
- Broad engineering knowledge in complex, distributed systems
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate with ambiguity
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and building robust, scalable solutions in .Net/C#
- Taking full ownership of the SDLC from concept through to production
- Playing an active role in architectural decisions and technical direction
- Working closely with Product and QA teams
- Writing unit and integration tests and maintaining high code quality
- Communicating complex engineering decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentoring and supporting engineers
Interview Process
First stage: 30-minute intro, CV review, and values with a Talent Partner. Second stage: 45-minute Tech Chat with a Team Manager. Final stage: 90-minute Code Pairing + 30-minute Values Interview.
