Automation Engineer
Overview
As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability of software solutions, specifically for the Autonomous Drills System (ADS). You will develop automated test scripts using Python, execute test cases, and collaborate with development teams to streamline testing processes.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electronics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in guiding software development teams
- Strong understanding of Autonomy Application & Embedded Software Testing
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset for prioritizing features and evaluating product progress
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Must be able to work onsite five days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python
- Design, implement, and execute automated tests to ensure software quality
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
- Work closely with developers to resolve bugs and improve software
- Continuously improve testing frameworks and processes
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure regression testing coverage for all releases
