Production Planner
Overview
The Production Planner will work within the Equipment Processing Center to drive operational efficiencies, manage scheduling processes, and ensure the timely preparation and shipment of machines to customers.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Ability to manage and analyse large datasets
- Independent, structured, and collaborative team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and hard-working
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Interest in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, PowerBI)
- Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an efficient capacity plan for machine processing
- Conduct data analysis and visualization to inform decision-making
- Collaborate closely with service providers and internal teams including Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Transport
- Prioritize and plan operations to optimize performance and minimize delays
- Manage 3PL performance, communication, and issue resolution
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements
