Overview
We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to help us live our mission to prepare people with recent criminal convictions for securing employment each year by supporting, supervising, and training work crews of 5-10 individuals.

The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) provides employment services to people recently released from incarceration, helping them transition to employment that supports themselves, their families, and their communities.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Must be able to consistently lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
- Stand, kneel, bend, and climb in order to complete projects
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Walk or stand for long periods of time
- Drive a 12 passenger van with an attached trailer
- Operate a smartphone
- Previous safety training preferable
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a work crew in public beautification projects: litter abatement, landscaping, and sometimes other projects
- Comply with company time and attendance (T&A) processes
- Ensuring that participants accurately record their work time
- Ensuring that participants receive any required rest breaks and meal periods
- Timely reviewing and approving participant time records on a daily basis
- Ensuring customers’ work orders are completed to a high standard on a daily basis
