Overview
Leads end-to-end contract management from pre-award through post-award activities. Demonstrates expertise in developing scopes of work, defining contracting strategies, conducting competitive bidding processes, selecting compensation structures, negotiating commercial terms, mitigating contractual risks and claims, executing agreements, and managing contract performance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sourcing, contracting, commercial negotiations, RFX management, and post-award contract management (or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and perform commercial and technical analyses to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Smart by GEP/Ariba and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end contracting activities across the contract lifecycle, from strategy development and sourcing through contract execution and post-award management.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, category managers, and contracting teams to develop and execute contracting strategies that support business objectives and optimize value.
- Provide guidance on contracting risk, commercial terms, negotiations, compensation models, supplier due diligence, and contract administration.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, develop and review scopes of work, manage supplier communications, support sourcing events, administer contracts, and drive documented savings through effective commercial negotiations.
