Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in sourcing, contracting, commercial negotiations, RFX management, and post-award contract management (or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and perform commercial and technical analyses to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Smart by GEP/Ariba and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting activities across the contract lifecycle, from strategy development and sourcing through contract execution and post-award management.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, category managers, and contracting teams to develop and execute contracting strategies that support business objectives and optimize value.
• Provide guidance on contracting risk, commercial terms, negotiations, compensation models, supplier due diligence, and contract administration.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, develop and review scopes of work, manage supplier communications, support sourcing events, administer contracts, and drive documented savings through effective commercial negotiations.
