As a Software Engineer in the Webex Engineering Group, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of software features within a microservices architecture, working on industry-leading products like Webex Meetings and Contact Center.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Foundational knowledge of backend development and production environments.
- Solid understanding of software development and architecture concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain software features and product improvements for backend services.
- Contribute to distributed, highly available microservice architectures.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design discussions, code reviews, and testing.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and observability.
- Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate productivity.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product management, and SRE/DevOps teams.
- Participate in incident resolution and postmortems.
