The Assistant Buyer, Paid Social will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns. This entry-level role provides hands-on training in media planning, campaign management, and client service within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Curious and eager to build a career in digital media and advertising

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with planning, campaign setup, execution, and reporting across paid social platforms
• Supporting the development of media plans, presentation decks, flowcharts, spec sheets, and campaign documentation
• Gathering campaign data, platform costs, audience insights, and other information to support planning recommendations
• Collaborating with internal teams including Media Operations, Ad Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Planning
• Creating media contracts and maintaining accurate campaign details within internal systems
• Monitoring campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery while helping identify optimization opportunities
• Supporting campaign trafficking and quality assurance alongside Ad Operations and media partners
• Assisting with campaign reporting, proof-of-performance documentation, and post-campaign recaps
