Requirements & Eligibility
- US Payroll Expert with extensive experience managing US payroll and multi-state experience
- High proficiency in payroll systems, such as ADP WorkforceNow, Kronos/UKG, and Advanced Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPP certification is a massive plus)
- Flawless English communication skills
- Comfortable working 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHST
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the junior payroll staff
- Manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for 15+ states
- Mastermind the withholding, filing, and reconciliation for 15+ states, including SUTA/FUTA, FICA, and local tax nexus
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ADP Workforce Now
- Lead the registration of new state tax IDs and manage SUTA/FUTA/FICA compliance
- Lead the response for all federal and state tax notices, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations
- Provide the C-suite with accurate and timely reports concerning audits, 401k, and trend reporting
