Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technical projects within the financial domain.
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clarity for development teams.
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions, utilizing technologies such as Spring Framework and microservice.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Support testing efforts by defining test cases and validating solutions against requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, including APIs, software development methodologies, and relevant programming languages.
- Experience with Spring Framework and Microsoft technologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
