Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various markets in the Asia Pacific region.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of bank systems is a plus e.g. IBPM or equivalent workflow systems, Core Bank Systems such as CMCP, Finacle, C++, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across different geographical locations
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial sector

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of regional projects from initiation to closure
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive the implementation and enhancement of digital solutions
• Support the expansion of regional system functionalities/services across various markets
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
• Ensure all projects adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and provide regular updates and reports to management
